Using Katadyn PF for the first time...

Thanks for reading my post...

Yesterday I tried my Katadyn Pocket filter for the first time. It gives you a stange feeling I must say. The filtered water doesn't seem that different from the water in de pond, but you know it's different.

We drank some. It tasted a bit groundy, but for the rest it was ok. Later we collected about 900 ml and made a nice cup of tea.

As said...a strange feeling, but afterwards a smile on our faces....

the pocketfilter is just that, a filter. If you want to remove the tast, you need a carbon filter. They sell carbon after filter for € 15 in case you want to try then.
