A British army issue respirator bag fits the bill quite well. big enough to fit all the items you mentioned and then some, has belt loop and a shoulder strap so you have a couple of carry options.
As for the stove option you can't go wrong with the british army issue hexi stove that has the lid attachment for the cup to sit in, or there is the crusader cooker unit that was designed for the cup and sits under the cup when not in use. I have both but prefer a meths burner (you can use meths in the crusader cooker but not as efficient)
I have a vargo Triad stove that I prefer as it is light (and titanium!!!) its a nice little meths stove. I bought mine from a US Ebay if you shop around you can get them cheaper.
heres a link to what I'm talking about.

A third option of cooker could be a Swiss M71 alcohol gel stove. self contained reusable unit that consists of fuel stand and book of matches they only cost around £3 and you can get a fair few brews out of one unit..
Respirator bag can be bought in olive green or DPM

Thats a nice set up Daz, it that Aussie issue or a commercial canteen pouch.
where did you get the french army cooker from? I have been after a couple of them for ages, they are very illusive!!
CHEERS for all that info mike your clealy one of those decent chaps who likes helping others, i do like the look of that triad meths stove can you store the meths in it or do u have to carry the meths in a container.
radix that looks just like what im trying to set up mate compact but all the essentials, is there any kind of little stove that will burn small wood/twigs but can allso take meths etc?.
i have thought about adapting a crusader cup into a stove then putting another cup in that and the bottle in that for storing quite compact, has anybody tried this?

You cant store any meths in the triad as there is no sealable lid for it. Its basically a small cylinder with legs
