its a compakt ultra twin.
a norwegian bag made in england.
any advice?
Good bags those Tengu, was it a bargain ?
A steal alright, any info on the labels ?

For that price it woudn`t bother me if it wasn`t top notch.
As someone already said; a steal.
By the way Ajungilak hasn`t been norwegian since 2001 when Swiss Mamut took over.
I think my bag is older than that.
its made of MTI loft and micro tek.
whatever that it.
No tempreture rating; I would say its not dissimilar to a snugpak kestel.
it packs very small!!!!

I've had my Kompakt 10 years - not as warm as it once was but great kit.
If you can get it weighed you could always compare it to the current range as I think they are using the same stuff. At some point they changed all the names, as they do.
My Kompakt, bought back in the 80s is still going strong. The only realy useful wedding present we got was herselfs godmother bought us a right handed zip Kompakt Super to fit on my left hander although its too warm with two in it for UK use, well in any conditions herself will contemplate sleeping in!

I have an Ajungilak Polaris 200 - old but very well-made and very warm. Top bags.
I weighed it. 900g inc stuffsack.
it goes in a rocket pack with room to spare.
A great find indeedy.
