Its a great pack Simon and now its sold!

What am I using now - believe it or not I'm going down scale, I want a more back to basics approach. Possibles pouch, possibles bag and a blanket sort of thing this will be idea for next years courses ect.

And for travelling, Sweden, Norway, france and Australia I need a bigger pack so I thought I'd let someone else benefit from it!!

I believe it Gary :) Sounds a good way to go and one I am increasingly drawn too also.

You will definitely need that larger pack in France; to fit all that cheap wine and cheese into :D

Oh Rats with hobnail boots on :( . Can't believe I missed this. I've been after one for a long time but their like rocking horse S**t in the UK.

Ah well looking on the bright side I guess it's yet another good reason for a trip to Sweden and I have an extra £85 toward the ticket :) . I think that makes logical sense in an Irish sort of way :D .

For any who may be interested, the costs for having this pack sent from Norrona in Norway are...

www.norrona.com

1 Combat Pack, color green, price EUR 139,00. (£95 ish)

Freight EUR 46,00. (£30 ish)

Allegedly these costs include all excise and duty charges

Unfortunately the shipping cost for backpacks is higher at €79 which is very steep. I assume they are factoring in the duty/ tax etc.

You can easily buy a ticket to Oslo from Stansted with Ryanair for less than €79 ( from £0.99 plus £13.49 each way) and have a free trip AND save money by buying it tax free :D

The Norrona combatpacks are pretty common here now, was in a store yesterday and they had about 5 of these in the store. Also found the Norrona Recon Pack (frame version) at 30% off.
Sometimes it can become cheaper to make a trip to a Nordic country then to order it. And the best thing is that you can look at all the swedish girls for FREE!!!

Worth the price of the ticket on it's own I reckon ;) and when you get bored of the blondes you can always head down South for some dark haired, dark eyed belles :)
