Bargain Basement

Just thought I'd let you know that Clas Ohlson (a shop rapidly appearing over UK highstreets) has a Mora Viking Belt Knife (or something similarly named) for £2.50!!! Bought one today and its basically a clipper.
N.B. They're not on the shelves, you have to ask for them to go and get one from a locked cage in the storeroom.

If anyone has never heard of Clas Ohlson its a shop that sells everything and is a great supply of stuff from electrical components to climbing and camping gear at very good prices.

Perhaps this thread could evolve in to a new "Bargain basement" to recommend where you find kit at unmissable prices.

That's just silly! Unfortunately they don't seem to do mail order and there isn't a shop near to me.

Great shop, they opened one in Leeds this summer and I always have to call in when I'm passing.

Even the wife found enough stuff to look at to keep her quiet for an hour.
