Hi guys :)
I have always been interested in bushcraft so I thought I would join a forum.
Anyway I made an attempt to make a crayfish/eel trap and set it for the first time today. Well hidden so the EA wont find it! and I will put the Native ones back.

Posting about flouting EA rules on a public forum isn't the right thing to do though, and is also probably against the forum's rules.

Yea suppose your right, oops.
Im actually from Newmarket, but more people know Cambridge so I just say there as I work there and live close enough to it.

Apparently the licence you need is not too difficult to get so why break the law and leave yourself open to prosecution?

You wont get a licence in Scotland and the use of any such traps in freshwater is a criminal offence.
