A scandi with fingerguard

Hi.
This is the first scandi knife i done with fingerguard. Feels good in hand. The handle is flame birch,leather and brass. The blade is forged carbon steel. What do you think??

That's superb! The guard is kind of scagelesque. That type of guard might look cool on a leuku (sp?)

Can't top what's been said already, it's a thing of beauty mate. As for flame birch, that wood looks likes it's made of frozen embers. Just gorgeous!
