'Normal' Camomile tea is great; is it fine to make tea with this camomile species too?

Yes, it's awesome tea. We buy it from a herbalist who grows it - the tea we get is very potent and only one flower is needed per cup. Lovely

Lol. How do you guys make your tea - do you just use the heads or crush the stems or something. Crushed camomile smells lovely when you walk over it.
