Hello everyone,
Just a quick note to introduce myself to you all.
I have always been a huge fan of the outdoors I guess since as long as I can remember. I do lots of outdoor persuits such as Windsurfing, Cycling, Hiking etc.. but some of them have been only recently ressurected now that my kids are old enough to join in.
One thing that has always attracted me is getting away from the crowds and being "in the middle of nowhere". I really enjoy walking in the lakes for example, but it does get to me when you see heards of people following each other - sheep like- up a mountain.
Buchcraft is something is something that I really haven't experienced very much - other than the odd camping trip, but it is something I can really relate to as it encompasses that "at one with nature" feeling that I have ocasionally experienced and really enjoyed.
So, I hope to pick up a few tips from some of you "serious outdoor types" and hopefully gain a better understanding of the planet I live on! :)
thanks for your patience :)
