Does anyone know a source for the spring loaded Swedish fish hooks?

I guess you mean those that you catch pike with, we call them "gäddsax" and here you can probably get them in most fishing shops.

Have you used one of these gäddsaxar? Could you fit this inside a soft lure, to fish in dense weeds without getting your hook snagged?

We teach people how to use these on the Vildmark course, they are mainly used in the winter time but can be used all year. They are mainly for fishing pike and other large fish.
The use pike scissors is very easy you open the up the scissors and attach a small fish on the lower hook. Then you just have tower it in the water and leave it over night or a few hours and when the fish comes to take the bait the scissor will close and the hopefully catch the pike.
