Stumbled on this little e-book in PDF format, this morning and thought it offered some interesting suggestions. Now that I've had a better look at it, I think I may well invest in one of his books soon myself :)

i have his regular bulletin. It is very relevant to that part of the season and the cd that goes with it is good too.
