Is there anyone around in the NE Hants/Surrey Borders area who would be willing to take a complete novice out during any Fungi Forays over the Autumn? I am woefully inept at Fungi ID and would like to add this skill to my knowledge. Maybe this could be an event organised by one of the many experts out there.

hey guys just spoke to a lady about an event happening in southwood on the 10/10/10 by Hampshire healthy living that a guy is going to have a stall relating to fungi and fungi hunting! the event is mainly to get residents of the local area out n about in their local woods but no reason anyone else cant turn up, I will take it on myself to grab this chap and hold on to his leg till he promises to hold a fungi walk for us ;) any details I get I will post here, hope this helps
