Can anyone let me know of somewhere you can buy dried whole egg. I’ve had a look and unless you want a lorry load you’re scuppered

I have not used dreid egg but found this on the net and it appears you can dry your own, never tried it myself.:cool:

It would be much easier to buy a small quantity but if you can't...

I generally buy it from ASDA. Go to the baking section they sell it in small tubs (equivalent to 10 whole eggs apparently) for a couple of quid.

Tesco, Stalybridge :D ( and presumably Tesco elsewhere.)

"Supercook" brand, in the baking ingredients section. 200g tubs if memory serves.
