Hi All,
Ogri the Trog here, found your site via British Blades and I hope you won't mind if I join you for the occaisional chat. I am lucky enough to live in Mid Wales, surounded by farmland but have to work away from home to pay for that pleasure. Now into my forties (gulp) I have been an outdoor enthusiast since being a boy scout. Since working in industry and talking with people from other backgrounds, I hadn't realised that some folks have little or no knowledge about the natural world and I enjoy showing these people that another world exists beyond their daily horizons.
I'm looking forward to getting to know you good people.

welcome ogri

i hadnt realised there were so many people who had never learned about the country and its ways either

it is definitely something worth preserving and passing on

and a source of real pleasure to me too

i always used to envy the kids in town when i was young, oh how things change lol

Wow,
Cheers guys its good to feel appreciated.

Tex,
I'll be over to your fair city in August with the family, then onward to Melbourne. Anything you'd reccommend as a must see?

Tony,
I can't think of anything to teach you folks as of yet, but I look farward to the day when it just slips out as part of a normal conversation ;)

Thanks again
