Your excessive use of capitalisation scares the bejesus out of me, but that aside, I'd try here:

My friend just ordered a few carving knives from there and was pretty impressed so they come recommended... if they have what you're looking for, that is.

You'd need a traditional long one such as described at the bottom of this page.

You're welcome!
Here's a page with me putting a handle on one in a pretty primitive fashion just to show how fast and easy it is. And some notes on safety at the bottom of the page..
Please take safety seriously! The long versions can get you on the inside of the arm where the big blood vessels are, when you hold wood to be shaped.

The long blade looks as if it would be hard to pull through wood, but the blade is used in a slicing motion. I had so much fun on a big block of seasoned birch after sharpening the blade - that I ended up with shavings instead of my prized block. So no issues with the blade being stainless other than the pain of initial sharpening. Gary Arenson who had them made up spends a lot of time on the water so corrosion resistance is a big factor for him.
Anyway, you need the long version to get big pieces of wood flattened and shaped. Canoes and sleds are different from making cups and small stuff.
