Has anyone dealt with this lot?

They took my Paypal payment and since then we have heard nothing for over a month and no repsonse to emails?

Nope, but you could try calling them as there is a phone number on their site:

Looks like they are a small operation.

We intend to do that, but just wondered if anyone had good or bad experiences with them first.

If they don't give you a satisfactory response, PayPal will refund your money, but there is a time limit (which you might have exceeded, so check soon!!)

'definitely phone them up. I ordered and paid for a brasslite but did not even get an email from paypal saying he had accepted my payment. I 'phoned him a week ago and he refunded my money via paypal while I spoke to him. It seems that he has run out and will not be getting anymore.
