I've never seen his presentations before although, of course, I'm familiar with his telly progs. I'll get a coupla tickets for me and the missus and will look forward to seeing y'all there. And sure could manage a pre-show pint... :)

Wear green?
Turns out I have a prior booking on the 30th (someone else had assured me it was the 14th). I'll have to hear about it at the next meet.

Not sure what time we will get into town, but if early enough, could meet somewhere..... Any preferences?
Who's volunteering to take MOM for the inaugural BCUK-NES AGM?
Agenda
1. What are you having?
2. Orange-and-lemonade, please, I'm driving.
3. He's not as chubby as he looks on telly, is he?
4. We should really have another meet this winter.
5. Anyone seen CBJ?
LOL Chance.
We'll be there too :)
Cheers
Ness :-)
Yep, I'll be there with a mate, looking foward to it
Well, we went. Was good, some funny bits, but not really a great evening. Maybe the 'interview with..' style wasnt for me. Dont think I would go to see Ray again unless the show format was changed.
Did go to the Bar before and tried to spot some bushcrafters. Sadly my tracking and observation skills are a bit rusty.... only managed to rule out people, LOL.
Still.. the first anklebiter-free evening in 15 months- thanks Ray :D
I was there too, and yeah, the 'interview' thing wasn't as good as last time. It was good to hear about his time in Canada.
My big cat question got the answer I was expecting, on the whole. Mountain lions in the UK? I don't think I shall ever sleep soundly outside again :/
