Also on that site they have a "pocket cooker" for circa $12 - basically a woodstove that folds down flat - might get a mate of mine in the US to get one for me to play with, as this site doesn't ship abroad. Anyone used one of these?

Isn't that called a 'tent'?
I'd be inclined to check out the honey stove as a lightweight woodburner Andy.

That pocket cooker is OK for the money. I bought one a few years back, but I found it needs a really good and constant draft to keep it going. The Honey stove is probably a better bet if you're after something similar.

These are the Israeli Army cooker IIRC, and do the rounds on Ebay every once in a while - often described as having minor damage during storage, cost around the £12 -£15 mark if memory serves, but not sure if that included postage. Had mine a few years now.
They are kind of OK as Andy e mentioned but not as spectacular as the blurb would have you believe.

The pocket stove comes up as seconds on Eckbay every so ofetn at a lot lower price. Mine just needed the door 'twisting' to be flat' Can't tell it was a second.

A tent with stilts!
A mate of mine was looking at getting one of them from the UK, but be damned if i can't remember where from!
