Hi all, I am new member to the site and have been reccommended to BCUK by paul in swindon. A good buddy of mine. He has kindly offered me a place with him and all you fellow bushcrafters at Ashdown on easter weekend.
Hopefully, the weather will hold well, I am very nervous cos I only know paul.
I hope to meet many more new friends within BCUK over the coming months, years even. I am a dedicated family man and love my camping and bushcraft. However, I am looking to put my skills I am learning from BCUK to the wiltshire ACF as an instructor. Hopefully, that will look wikid on a c.v for future job prospects. If you would Like to see some pictures of me and my beloved family, I have a website dedicated to my family and my dearly deceased friends. the link is as follows. www.myfamily2004.blinkz.com,

Cheers for now, Hope to be seeing alot of new faces at Ashdown in the near future.

Steve Dixon, 24, Swindon

To the bcuk meet up ;)

Good point Tony.

Actually we are running POLL the club forum at present to decide a new name for our meetings. Clear leader at present seems to be Tribal Gatherings - this will eventually stop the confusion. Also remember ours are bi-monthly so again this should stop confusion, although going by the sucess of the last couple we might be going up to two site and running one a month - be we shall see.

With the weather improving and the nights growing warmer let me remind everyone that your all welcome to join us around our real campfire.
