Ive got a Smith and Wesson 568 that I want to sell on here but am not sure of the laws regarding selling across web and sending through the post. Anyone help??

No change for second hand rifles as far as I am aware, it is just new rifles that the law affects! Obviously, you need to ensure that you are aware of the law regarding Brocock type air guns, etc.

Its actual just a Pistol, Made by UMAREX. Its Gas powered. So is that all right to send through the post do you think??
If any mods are on line can I get some advice. I think ive seen Guns advetised on here in the past.

I doubt it would be an issue, remove the capsule to ensure nothing goes "PFFFFTTT!" in the post and scares the postie!

fairly straight forward, but remember it is your responibilty to make sure the buyer is 18 yoa. box it, wrap it, who is gonna know?
