Just pickedup a cracking Eastpak daysack from TKMAXX. Prob about 30l stuffed to the seams. It was only £10 but got it for £5 as a crappy internal pocket zip was broken (useless pocket anyhow)
only drawback is it's not waterproof. How would I wax it? It would look like a funky Alice pack but more comfortable.

Spray it with some Fabsil,that should suffice.
