Guyot Designs Standard 'Sort of' Group Buy

Righto, I'm gonna put a new order in to Guyot for some more Standard Bottles.
They're gonna be £16 (exchange rates blah blah) this time which includes UK delivery. For European delivery the post hikes that way up to £20.

Payment by paypal only to my account mark@ not the shop@ and include your address, forum name and what you are ordering in the paypal notes please.
You do not need to pay until I'm ready to ship, but if you want to then that's fine.

Just wondering , as your putting in another order is there anything that we can order to 'pad' the order out? Im just thinking if anyone wants to order a splashguard or one for the Squishy bowl sets if its possible to combine that in the order?

Heard from Guyot this week, apparently they were waiting for a response from me to an email I didn't get regarding shipping costs.
Shipping costs are double that which we thought, which is my problem not yours, and they have only gone out this week not over a week ago like I thought.

Given the hassle to get the pre-ordered bottles I thought it best not to re-visit the order with an extra, albeit a little one, and risk holding up the main buy for everyone.
Sorry about that. I'll look at getting the dog bowls in next time or possibly as a separate order in the future.

Fizzy- FYI Lurch runs a shop- it's his business - I was always taught that every customer counts- It has nothing to do with 'others'.
The client's response to any customer service is simple- when it's good, people say so, when it's a let down/bad= ditto

It's buying the stainless stuff that is the hassle due the weights involved, the charge of carriage is based on the weight and Guyot didn't want to ship until the costs had been agreed.
To add an extra item would mean starting that progress again, which would have meant delays for all the other customers.
I'm sorry you feel I've let you down but I had to do what I thought best for the majority. If I have to let anyone down then a simple numbers game means the lesser evil is to let one person down rather than many.
Just trying to do right by as many as I can.

Mine arrived today. The sledgehammer the post office uses for the "fragile" stamp had made a small denting in the bottom, but (1) I only noticed after I had torn the label off, and (2) it really makes no difference in real life.

Nice product, the rest of the familly want some, so there'll be an order for some for the regular price in the future.

Very sorry. Had mine a while. My wife uses hers each day and loves it. I have mine with my kit and my hiker comes with me every day. Mine is battered to hell and great, fantastic kit and keeps the water cooler and tasting much nicer than plastic bottles.
