It's my biggest gripe on my Pro Logic cammo coat.
A good selling point is the 'no noise' soft touch fabric and then they go and stick velcro on all the pockets so you can't access anything without making a noise!
why? :D
Nasty sticky, scratchy, noisy, unrepairable stuff! I think my main gripe is that if it left undone, it misbehaves and sticks itself to all your other belongings.
I can't think of an application where I appreciate it being there!

Apparently, some chap from New Zealand has patented velcro gloves. Can't think how they'd be useful though........................

Not a lot of call for those any more, since all the farms got access to broadband :D

I bought a short roll of velcro a while ago for a project I was doing.
£12.00. What a bloody rip off.

Sounds familiar. I've got an Arktis Windsmock, with velcro on the cuffs. IMO they placed it in the wrong way as it snags with the fuzzy waistcord. If they did it the other way around, it wouldn't happen.
So, I don't hate it - only if it's wrongly placed

Its all about making it work for you.
What's wrong with infinitely adjustable cuffs and that may be adorned with vegetation of your choosing?!
