"Schneetarn" it is and costing the outrageous sum of 49p in 1970 something. Little used as you might guess.

Works well but doubles it's weight very quickly as would any cotton sheet when exposed to snow.

SWMBO recons both snaps looks too much like a recruitment add for the Sevenoaks District Taliban!

love the response pack with the blade on it, will have to try that. I use a normal belt with my Mora 2000 on atm over my Swazi/swanndri coats, nice musket too :D

Bah, snow.

It's cold, wet, causes delays and turns everywhere a manky brown colour when it melts.

Meh.

Aha! You should try our snow when it is really cold! :) Felt boots work quite well in it, and it is also too cold to make snowballs! :)

Great pics btw KB, makes me want to go and watch the heroes of telemark now.

It makes me feel like taking the sheet off my bed and throwing stealthy snowballs at the folks coming off backshift. The perfect crime.

Cheers, Michael.
