i need to replace the knife im using, its far too thick and with it being an ex divers knife (with a blade about 8 inches long) its a bit too 'rambo'
what do you recomend for £25 - £30 or less

Or Condor, if you prefer the more rustic appearance.
Really at that price the amount of people telling you to get a Mora will be ( or should be ) testament to its ability.
Don't be fooled by its low cost , its a top bit of kit and will serve you well , get it and a sharpening stone and you'll be a happy bunny.
