View Full Version : Bushcraft Jacket
Hi,
I'm looking for a new Bushcraft Jacket for my birthday. I don't need any fancy Gore-tex stuff just something that will keep me warm in Winter and help prevent me being seen (so natural colours, olive green, baige/creams etc) it will probably have to be synthetic fibres as down will be far to expensive I expect. So do you have any suggestions for a warm, robust Bushcraft Jacket?
What do you wear over swannis in rain?
Well I have a ranger shirt but what I really want is a Jacket I can wear in really bad weather and as Swanni's are made of wool I don't think they would be suitable for rain etc????? :?:
How about a surplus parka of some kind? I think there have been lots of threads on them this winter :biggthump
try these http://www.arktisltd.co.uk/outerjackets.htm or these http://www.sasskit.co.uk/ both good.
