NaturalBushcraft Christmas Meet 2009
at Woodland Valley, Ladock, Cornwall.
Sat 19th & Sun 20th December 2009
As always we welcome all new-comers to join us in this friendly atmosphere of likeminded Bushcraft people, sharing knowledge, skills and good-times as freely as posible. There will be free workshops demonstrating Fire by Friction, Stove-Making, Cordage Making, Bannock Cooking and much more. Everyone is encouraged to join in if they wish and myself and Justin bring along lots of extra communal kit for people to have a play with.

Looking forward to seeing you to Joy, it's been a while :)
Please let people know to put their name on the Doodle list on NaturalBushcraft, just so we can keep track of numbers and accommodate for all in terms of a communal setup. See you, Steve & Emma soon.
As I've been working as a survival instructor, as opposed to a bushcraft type, I've been teaching people how to use whatefver they can get hold of, so I'll be keeping you all nice and warm by dousing you in petrol and setting fire to you.

Considering the weather & temperature it was great to see a good turn-out.
Big Thanks to Martin (aka Sainty) for helping us out with a few bits! goodjob Thanks to everyone who came, it was a pleasure seeing old friends and making new ones! Hopefully the evening's activities didn't scare too many of you new folk off! :lmao: I have uploaded photos of the weekend to Facebook, you can find them both on my page, or the NaturalBushcraft Facebook Group (http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=210374632455). Over the Christmas period I will probably be editting together some more footage, including bits from this weekend, so keep an eye on the YouTube channel (www.youtube.com/naturalbushcraft) aswell.
PS. Someone get Chris the Cat a diary/calendar for Christmass would they!? :p
Really enjoyed the weekend, so very nice to get out, take a deep breath and let the last few months in a city evaporate from my system :) Good to see you all again, and meet the newbies, thanks to Ashley, Justin and Martin for setting it all up. I WILL be finding myself some decent sycamore and making 101 fire drill sets, until I make that elusive ember :)
