View Full Version : Primus multifuel stove - need a leather washer!
Help...
My Primus Multifuel stove (MFS3288) has sat unloved for a few years in the loft. I came to use it yesterday and it would not pressurise.

Today I stripped the pump to find no washer at all, so can only assume that the pixies stole it.
Can anyone advise me where to get a new washer from, as I intend to use the stove quite a bit when a canoeing?

Let me know if you don't find one in stock anywhere and I'll stick one on my next Primus order.
I can pick up a complete spares kit from RVOps for £13...but would rather only buy what I need ie 1 x leather washer.
Cheers for the offer Lurch, I may be in touch!

Base camp will have what you need. If you end up going for a spares kit then make sure you get the correct one there are a couple:
1. For the omnifuel with a 3 pronged flame spreader
2. One for the old MFS with a 4 pronged flame spreader.
Cheers

Thanks for the advice, all of you! ...Base camp have an e-mail waiting!

They might take a while to reply.. From my experience. I think their computer is Kerosene powered ;)
