Just noticed that the Sabre 45 is avaliable in Khaki/Desert Tan.

I must say I quite like it.

If I didn't already have a one in OG........ :D

What do you think?
For me it looks like a(maybe less military looking) alternative to the usual

It's called Coyote and it's rather handsome!
Sadly the prices have taken a hike north...

Nice !

However, despite SWMBO having a huge variety of handbags to go with the vast range of shoes to co-ordinate with any outfit...

...I somehow can't see her letting me get a Sabre 45 in khaki (considering I too already have on in OG) !!!

On a separate note, I'm sure I read on a previous thread that these sacks could accommodate a hydration bladder in the main compartment with appropriately placed holes to route the drinking tube...

...the thing is I can't find these holes to thread the drinking tube through (my Sabre 45 isn't brand new - if this is a 'mark 2' improvement). If anyone has a Sabre 45 with these 'holes', is there any chance you can post some pics so that I can see if I just need my eyes testing.

If you get them in the 30 litre ones I may have to have another chat with you Lurch.

Already available (and in stock) in the 45l, not sure about the littler ones. There are also some new models coming out soon.

I think that you'll be getting a visit off me when I'm home in November Mark, unless I can manage to talk myself out of it in the meantime, which is unlikely.
