Harvest time

Hi All,
Can some one give me a short list of what is worth foraging (harvesting) for, and what to do with them, I know i could just look at the posts but then havest time will be over by the time i go through, for example: sloes = sloe gin:)

Seems to be a good year for plums here on the East side. Plumb jam. Yummy!
Blackberrys too......add apples and make a summer pudding, just the thing to have at Christmas.
