Curly Birch

After having lost my knife on a trip a few months ago, I thought I'd make myself a new one. I'm new to knife making :wave: but I won't learn by not doing it. Something that I like the look of is these curly birch handles many people seem to have. I've looked all over but can't find anywhere to get any... can anyone suggest a supplier?
