With no connection to the firm etc- I have been using a pair of lovely Lowa super camp boots for the last 18 months- no serious hard work- just a few bimbles and long weekends. I had looked after them well, with nikwax etc. However I noticed that they had a stitching fault between the d rings. I phoned Aaron Dist ltd, and spoke to the owner, he asked me to send the boots up to him, i had mentioned that i would perfer to keep the boots and can he have them mended for me (broken in nicely). He mentioned that if this was not possible he would take into account the fact that I had had them for 18 months and charge me for a new pair. He replied the next day saying it was a fault and a brand new pair was on its way at no charge. He and his wife were charming people and more than reasonable, I'm a very happy customer that will use the company for my next pair.
