View Full Version : LK-70 Swedish rucksack?
After much searching for the Frost River Pack, I came across Neil's frame for the LK-70 rucksack. I also appear too late for the groupbuy! Anyone have any pics of their's? Any with the Grencraft harness? Any thoughts? Anyone selling one?!?!?!
Cheers,
Steve.

That's the very thing. Anyone tell me much about them? Anyone have any experience of the Green-Craft fame upgrade?
Now if I work out how to order in Swedish!
Cheers,
Steve.

The problems with ordering a 70LK from sweden is the weight and bulk of the frame. I reckon this pack weighs in at a hefty 4-5 kilos.. I can weigh mine in the morning. But as mentioned, the shear size of the frame makes the pack go under special tariff, since it's bigger than an ordinary parcel.
Lot's of people have tried to order, to be honest I think www.bbfab.se has better prices, you could always mail them at mikeandnike (you know the letter) telia (dot) com. Maybe I should get me a good ten of them and flog them on the bay? :)
They are good hard wearing packs, (speced to be dropped 10 m from helis at full load!). But for me they are a bit on the heavy side, also I have reduced my load, both in weight and bulk, but foremost in the number of items.
