Hi folks,

Don't mind me, I'm new here and am familiarizing myself with posting photos.

Here's a knife I made (a store bought Roselli blade) with a burl handle, and sheath I made. My favorite knife style!

Nice combination! Looks like a real working configuration in a beautiful package. Do you like that roselli blade?

I'm sure Tom will correct me if I'm wrong but I think it is madrone.

Yes, the wood is stabelized madrone burl. I love the Roselli blade! Years ago I bought one of those small "grandmother's knives" (only a "real man" can carry a grandmother's knife, eh!). I find the small blade to be excellent for most all of the wood carving/whittling I do.

I found a place to purchase those blades alone - an outfit in Florida, called Kellam knives. They have a website too. I should have purchased more than one!
