Great shots 'swagman', but what about some of the unique 'horizontal jungle' I understand you have there?

I saw a programme years ago where they looked like they were walking on the ground through the forest - but the actual forest floor was about 10ft below!

Hi Jim

I know what you mean, the forests you are referring to are at the top west of Tassie.
The forest I was in is south. It would be a great day out with the camera sometime though.

Great shots. I'm pretty sure I've taken photos in some of the same places, particularly the waterfall in shots 2 & 3. Tassie really is an amazing place - it's a shame most visitors overlook it.

Stunning photos - I spent a fair amount of time in New Zealand - mainly the south island many years ago, and those photos really remind me of my trip! Beautiful!
