Im a bit confused.
I know the standard issue PLCE side pockets are 10 litres.
But according to the Jophn Bull website (http://www.johnbullclothing.com/products.asp?ID=1941) the Karrimor PLCE side pockets are 12.5 litres each.
Anyone know if this is true or not?
There are different sizes of PLCE pouches ... but the thing is that they will fit on any other PLCE-compatible fitting. I have a Sabre 45 and can fit the pouches from my Vulcan onto it. They are bigger and the colour is a bit off but otherwise it works.

My Vulcan side pouches are not compatible with PLCE. The zip is much toothier on my PLCE bergen.
Maybe my Vulcan is an older model.
I wasn't aware of that - thanks!
Mine is about 5 years old and has the toothy zip. They are bigger than PLCE pouches but work just fine.

It is true, they are 12.5 litres. I have the sabre 45 and the karrimor PLCE pouches (...and they olook oversized on the sabre IMO, but they do give a 70 litre total capacity).
In fact...
