Hey there, iv read many posts here on the DD hammock and iv decided to buy one. iv not yet had the chance to try it out but i wanted to ask a quick question for when i do.

Will the camping DD hammock safely hold more than one person?

Just wondered for when im out walking with me gal.

Cheers,
Hamish

I wouldn't like to try it as they're not really wide enough for two side by side, but would probably take the weight.I'm 19 stone and it holds me up fine.

I've had myself, my wife and our two kids on my DD hammock. Not over night but for about an hour with no ripping, tearing or snapping.

He'll probably be using it standing up!

just be aware that exceeding the weight limit will void the warranty

There used to be a female comedian here in the U.S. many years ago named Rusty Warren. One of her tag lines was: " a guy says to me, Rusty, I want you in the worst way....and the worst way I can think of, is standing up in a hammock!"

Be careful, you may not only void the warranty on the hammock, you might void YOUR warranty.
