View Full Version : Am I going mad?
Thought I'd said hello a while back, but it seems not.
So here's Jack, a bushcrafting biker. Can often be found in the woods of Surrey, UK.
Made a nice little shelter back in Jan that is still standing, and am getting ready for the first charcoal burn of the year.
You gotta love spring.

I'm quite lucky, my mother-in-law has a little wood just north of Gatwick, so I spend the odd night out up there. Also I've done quite a few courses with Chris at www.bushbasics.co.uk but he doesn't seem to have any new courses this year, which is a shame.
So where abouts do yuo go. Always looking for somewhere different. Our wood is very small and can get quite noisy, what with the airport so close.

Hey John
welcome on board. Ah, the GS is the tops. I'm regularly (semi)offroad with it. Where I go sailing we have to drive across a stretch of beach. Just the best. I'm thinking of just packing up the bike and heading up to the Lakes and seeing how I get on. Always got the Youth Hostel card if needed.
