How would I go about drying/processing ramsons to make a mild garlic salt or dried garlic powder?

Sorry mate no idea, only used the leaves, flowers and the bulbs fresh...

Not tried this, but I'd take several flowers or young leaves, crush them a bit and mix them with salt in a glass jar. Seal and leave for a couple of weeks or longer. It's the same way I make vanilla sugar where the sugar absorbs the vanilla flavour. I can't think why this wouldn't work for garlic salt too.
