I am looking at buying a Karrimor sabre ruck sack. I have looked at the range at www.pri.uk.com but can any one give me the good points and bad points. It would be great to hear peoples views before i invest in one. Is there an alternative make that is better?

Thanks in advance.

they are some of the best ruck sacks avalible and they would be my first choice.

In fact I am about to set off on an expedition for two weeks in the jungles along the border between mayasia and indonesia and I will be using a Saber 35

Karrimor make good stuff in my humble opinion.. however there are other companys making good stuff two and often it is cheaper! if you find something you like and can afford it i would say got for it karrimor stuff is long lasting and hard wearing

The PRI saber bags are even better than the standard karrimor lines

AYe... They are Pebble approved.

Not sure about the larger ones though, may be inclined toward Lowe Alpine for expedition size bags.
