Lidl are selling boxes of 50 fishing float lights for £2.99 at the moment.

They're like mini light sticks and they're great for marking guy lines at meet ups.

Yes they have various rods with bits and bobs. dont know owt about fishing so have no idea about the quality but nothing over £20 so I guess you get what you pay for.:)
