Apologies if these two books by Bruce Chatwin have been mentioned already but I think they're fantastic:
The Songlines - A great book about Austrailian Aboriginal bush culture.
On the Black Hill - a about two brothers (identical twins) who live on the English-Welsh border (maybe slightly off the bushcraft theme but a great book nonetheless).
Anyone agree?
