2 questions about Martindale goloks.
I'm thinking about the British army issue ones.

They make 2 versions of these right? One with a 25 cm blade and one with a 33?? :roll: Anyone can confirm this?

How thick are the blade?

Little viking in the whole of my army career I only ever saw the full sized one.

Not sure where the short one comes from or why?

Are those any good? I saw a place on the web where it said that the rockwell were only 44-50... :shock: But perhaps that's a misunderstanding? :roll:

I have seen the short ones in shops but never in the army!

They are good - metal is a soft temper but that is for easy of resharpening, I use a file on mine - easy peasy.
