just picked loads of lovely hazles. Any suggestions on storing them?

In the shell or out. What is best?

out the shell - in the dark, dry.

Or roast em and grind em into flour

You must be able to store them in their shells because they are sold in shops as such.

However, I would say you just cannot beat a freshly harvested hazelnut from its shell. It is just so sweet, nothing like the ones you buy for Christmas. :0:
