Hi everyone

I thought I would mention this book if you all don't have it already!

It's called 'Seaweed and eat it; a family foraging and coooking adventure' (byFiona Houston and Xa Milne)

It's not Ray Mears 'Wild Food' or 'Food for Free' but it is an excellent 'family orientated' book for perhaps those less hardened bushcrafter who might forage and create at home, though I'm sure some of the recipies are doable on a camp fire too. Very readable and user friendly and inspires you to want to give it a go.

Despite the title there is one section on the seaside and the rest includes, normal herbacious plants we can all find, trees, blossom, berries, shellfish and mushrooms. By no means an expansive work but an inclusive family (or with friends) book!

It is a cool book. Quite quirky but good.

I have it, but hate the font. Give me a headache. Once you get passed that the book is rather good.

Yeah.. the font is a bit weird isn't it, unnecessarily difficult to read.

Other than that it's an interesting book.

Hehehe - I'm more of a "See-anything-vaguely-edible and eat it" kind of guy :D
