Is it just me or has the little rep thingys been added to BCUK? When?

No, I noticed it too on a thread this morning...
I can add to yours! I can also see how many rep points i have, but not how many you have.....
Is this connected to the green square thingy that appears under the number of posts someone has made?

Its the same on BB, the more rep points you get your title changes, for example over at BB Roger Gregory has 29 rep points and his title is "Roger Gregory will become famour soon enough"
Ross over at BB has 75 and his title is "Ross is a name known to all"
