Just wondered if anyone has heard of Martins Jerked Meat. He advertises on Downsizer and has "probably the hottest jerky in the uk" :)

He's a regular poster on the re-enactors forum and lots of folk love his stuff there. They did one of those dreadful TV programs, dragons den? and came out of it rather badly I think.
Got some from his stall at Cardiff, really nice it was.Will deffinatly get some next time i am there.

He was on here as "Jerky Meister" but hasn't been on for over a year...
Posted some usefull tips in the various threads on making jerky as i recall..

I tried some of his jerky when we went to the Abergavenney food festival, very good too! Also he did some dried olives which were very good. Been trying my own jerky and olives, must say the jerky is good, even if i say so myself!
