No, but you can get relatively cheap flat-bed scanners that have a slide scanning attachment. If you have a lot to do, this may be more economic than paying someone to do it for you.

do you have a shop called jessops near you. best camera shop ever
A quick Google for slide scanning service throws up a few options.
Never used any so I can't give you any recommendations though.

How many do you have? Where I'm working at the moment does it but I'll have to check the current pricing.
Professional drum scanning gives the best results but is dear.
When I had a lot to do a couple of years back and had 'switched' to digital. I worked out it was much cheaper to buy a new scanner, scan all of my slides (around 600) and then sell the scanner on again on eBay. It's quite tedious, but fairly therapeutic to sit at the scanner with some music on while it scans 6 slides at a time.
I've recently started using film again and I scan it onto a flatbed with a photo adapter. The results really very good, the technology has come on miles in the last few years.
I have had good service and results from Peak Imaging (http://www.peak-imaging.co.uk/) before - again no link just a satisfied customer,
