My wife, to my surprise, is showing interest in the Holkham Hall show next summer. Has anyone been to it/ camped nearby etc?

I stayed at a small campsite in south creake which is nearby, the field is a bit on a slope and had one shower with toilet. fishing lake opposite. It is a working farm with owls to entertain you at night and a resident alarm clock to wake you.

Holkham Hall Show is a good one.
For civilised camping you won't do better than the Sandringham Camping and Caravan Club site on the Sandringham estate.
