Walnut Scales

Hi all,

Is there any treatment for my bison and its walnut scales? Should i use an oil or is it sealed so i don't have to?

Theres quite a bit on here about treating wooden scales, everyone seems to have their own preference. If you want to know specifics about the bison knife its probably better to email roger and ask ;-)

I tried a search but didnt get much, mostly about walnut oil. I remember a lot about treating maple handles. I think i'll email roger, although it didnt say anything about treating the hanlde in his care guidlines.
